I wish we’d found All Pro Roofing first. All Pro says they are “not your ordinary roofer’ and I have to agree. ... The insurance company denied our claim and the first roofer wanted us to pay out of pocket to replace our roof. We politely declined. Then, All Pro came knocking. They told us they could get our roof paid, that their inspector was special. Although skeptical we figured we had nothing to lose, so why not give them a try. Brad met with our insurance adjuster and got our roof paid. Then All Pro did a great job replacing our roof and cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend All Pro for your roofing needs.read more

We took advantage of All Pro’s offer to inspect our roof for free. The inspection showed damage that we couldn’t... see from ground level. I called my insurance agent and filed a claim. Brad met with the adjuster and got our roof and gutters paid. The crew arrived and our roof was replaced quickly. They cleaned up every speck of debris and our roof looks great. I said yes to a free roof inspection, made a call to my insurance agent and sent All Pro the check when it came in. That’s what I call a great roof replacement experience.read more

Brad and crew, at All Pro Roofing and Designers, just replaced our roof for the second time in 3 years. Storms damaged... our new roof, so we called Brad to file a claim on our warranty. Brad explained how all roof warranties work, what they cover and when. He explained that storm damage is an insurance claim, not a warranty claim, because no one can warrant against natural disasters. That’s what insurance does. This made perfect sense to us, so with his help, we filed a claim with the insurance company and were approved for a completely new roof. We were impressed with how Brad took the time to work with us and help us understand the process. We were also impressed at how easily it all went, once we took the right steps. Just like the first time, the installation and cleanup were flawless. Our home looks like new again. We are very satisfied with All Pro, Brad and installers, they can consider us customers for life.read more
